Under butt has indents after 3 BBLs + butt implants. What are my options? (Photo)

I had a 3rd round BBL with implants November. I have indents under my butt. I’m unhappy with my results ..My doctor suggested I try cupping them out did that with no improvements. I booked a appointment with him to tell him I was unhappy and what we could do to fix this and he tells me my butt looks fine. I’m super unhappy and he’s basically brushing me off because doesn’t want to fix this. He also did a breast lift with implant and I feel like they are barely lifted at all.

More photo angles would definitely be helpful before answering your question.  This is something that will probably require an in person consultation with physical exam to best evaluate the tissue anatomy/dynamics and better understand your goals/expectations. That being said, this may be something that i would typically treat with a lower buttock tuck. Glad to help.

The inferior buttlift is a plastic surgery procedure that involves an incision in the gluteal fold (the line underneath the butt) that is used to remove loose skin from the inferior butt and posterior thighs. This procedure can improve a droopy butt, and saggy skin on the back of the thighs. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if this procedure would provide the improvement you are seeking.

I think any person who has three rounds of fat transfer and implants it’s probably more likely to have some unnatural contour issues then not.

In your case I don’t think the indentation is this much of an issue as the ptosis of the inner lower part of your buttocks which has dropped.

This droopy part breaks the natural curvature of your lower buttocks.

The best treatment for what you have is most likely attack which involves exercising skin and will leave a small scar.

This is well described by Dr. Mendieta on a YouTube video called the Miami thong  lift.

I don’t think cupping, fat transfer or liposuction is going to improve this area.

Your best option is a tuck or skin excision.

Consider checking out that video. Dr. Mendieta does a nice job explaining the problem and treatment options.
