Unfortunately your skin surface dents and contour irregularities is not too uncommon after BBL. This happens because of the tissue was hyper-inflated by the fat transfer and swelling, then as these meltaway and resolve, respectively, they take good tissue and fat away with them leaving behind these dents and irregularities. Although there is never any guarantee, I have had quite good success significantly smoothing out these dents/irregularities by re-inflating the tissue with buttock implants. Glad to be of help.
