I have to get my BBL redone. Why does my butt flatten when I lay down on my stomach?

A before and after photo(s) would be extremely helpful in providing feedback to your query. Based purely upon your description, it actually sounds as though you had a reasonable outcome from your first round of BBL. That being said, if your main concern is to maintain a perky butt while laying down on your stomach, you may want to consider buttock implants instead of round two BBL. Revision/round 2 BBL is not likely to remedy your concern. Please keep in mind that extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants so you may have to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon.
