Butt cuffs/creases are not the same, they are uneven, will a revision fix this issue? (Photos)

I underwent BBL procedure and my surgeon didn’t seem to correct my cuffs/ under butt creases they are not even. Is it possible to fix this with another round of BBL? First pic was post surgery and second was 3 months post-op BBLl:lipo 360
