Had BBL in Marbella, Spain December of 2019. Result 1 year post surgery is horrible. Hips are very uneven, low, saggy, deformed and too big for my legs. Left hip is pointy while right side is a complete different deformed leg. I sought professional opinions - they all said fats injected too low in the thighs. Can this be fixed? Will a BBL reduction leave me with any complications/ uneven visual appearance? I’m searching for a BBL revision surgeon in the US. Please help me. Thank you.

Answer: BBL revision Dear BotchedBBL, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a revision surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL revision In order to make an assessment on the outcome of the procedure patients need to show proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before pictures ask your surgeon in Spain to forward the ones they took it before your procedure. You should also ask the surgeon to forward a copy of the opera report. You may need to have a translated into English and bring before and after pictures to any plastic surgeon for a consultation for a revision for your BBL. You need to then review in specific detail what parts of your bottom you want changed. Sometimes contour is related to fat distribution and sometimes skin laxity contributes and it’s important to differentiate what’s what. It seems like your surgeon in Spain didn’t blend to BBL properly it onto your thighs and so adding a little bit of fat transfer in certain areas may also be beneficial. These are all things to be discussed during an in person consultation. Revision work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction or fat transfer. Be patient with any new plastic surgeon trying to help you. The chance of going from unhappy to happy with a single revision is not all that common. typically what happens is any new plastic surgeon who operates on you will inherit all of your previous problems and be held accountable for how you feel about your body whether they caused the problem or not.
