Hello and thanks for the question. This is a question you should discuss with your surgeon. In general, 3 weeks after blepharoplasty, it is safe to resume some, if not all, exercise. The majority of the healing has taken place and the likelihood of a complication associated with exercise is quite low. Depending on the rate of healing of a patient, he/she is allowed to do light exercises at 2 weeks post-op, while strenuous exercises are not advised until after a month.
