Hello and thanks for the question. This is a question you should discuss with your surgeon. In general, 3 weeks after blepharoplasty, it is safe to resume some, if not all, exercise. The majority of the healing has taken place and the likelihood of a complication associated with exercise is quite low. It may be a good idea to start gently and then work your way up to more intense exercise. Hope that helps and good luck.
This depends on your surgeon as he/she will have a different protocol to follow. Depending on the rate of healing of a patient, he/she is allowed to do light exercises at 2 weeks post-op, while strenuous exercises are not advised until after a month. Your best resource of information would be your surgeon.
You are best to ask your surgeon. I usually allow people to go back to light aerobics in 3 weeks and heavy exertion in 6.
I’m glad your recent surgery was a success! Please discuss your specific restrictions with your surgeon. I allow light excercise without heavy or strenuous lifting within a week of facial surgery. But depending on the specifics of a case that can change.

Hi and thanks for your question. Some swelling can be typical after your procedure. It can take several weeks to resolve. There are ways to help minimize the swelling. It is important to apply ice to the area being treated. You can also apply a topical Arnica gel and provide Arnica tablets,...
Under eye creases and bags can be permanently corrected with surgery or temporarily camouflaged with fillers (Restylane, Belotero, Volbella). There are great non-surgical options to fill in under eye depressions and hollowness. Using dermal fillers, a liquid eye-lift can be performed. A dermal f...
Thanks for posting the photos. It does appear that the bags have returned, almost to the same degree as pre-operatively. A secondary procedure may now be warranted to produce the optimal result. A repeat lower blepharoplasty may allow removal of the recurrent fat pad herniation which...
It's understandable to feel self-conscious about changes in your eyelids, especially at 33 years old. Swelling and droopiness can be attributed to several factors, including genetics, weight loss, and even allergies, which might influence the skin's elasticity. While surgical options like...
