Lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer under eyes 3 weeks ago, all went great. When can you begin to exercise?

Hello and thanks for the question. This is a question you should discuss with your surgeon. In general, 3 weeks after blepharoplasty, it is safe to resume some, if not all, exercise. The majority of the healing has taken place and the likelihood of a complication associated with exercise is quite low. It may be a good idea to start gently and then work your way up to more intense exercise.  Hope that helps and good luck.

This depends on your surgeon as he/she will have a different protocol to follow. Depending on the rate of healing of a patient, he/she is allowed to do light exercises at 2 weeks post-op, while strenuous exercises are not advised until after a month. Your best resource of information would be your surgeon.

You are best to ask your surgeon. I usually allow people to go back to light aerobics in 3 weeks and heavy exertion in 6.

I’m glad your recent surgery was a success! Please discuss your specific restrictions with your surgeon.   I allow light excercise without heavy or strenuous lifting within a week of facial surgery.  But depending on the specifics of a case that can change.
