I have one eye with a double eyelid crease and the other without. However, I don’t like the shape of the crease as it aligns its shape with my hooded eye. However, I’m afraid that my crease would affect the overall appearance of my eyelids as it is not only too close to my eyelids but also shaped just like my hooded eye. Is there any surgery to erase my crease and create a higher, prettier one in its place?

Thank for your question, it is typical malar festoon and can be treated with fine dermal fillers. Filler will be done just below the eye to fill the hollowness and below the bulge where it is creating a crease. It will give a finer cheek look.
