Is 3000 cc for a BBL Too much? (Photo)

I weigh 178 and im 5,5. When i went for my consultation i stressed to the surgeon i just wanted to fill my butt cheeks with my belly fat as i already have a big butt and hips but when i wake up he decided to do 3,000 cc in each butt cheek. Like really? I specifically told the sergeon i wanted a natural look and my butt and hips now look enormous. I never told him to give me hips as already had Hips. Dont you think thats much for my weight and helght? Can massages help?I had surgery 2 wks ago.

Thank you for your question. 3000 cc in each buttcheck is a lot. Most patients do very well with 300 cc of fat per side while others can need 800 cc or more, but 3000 seems like too much. Best is to check with your surgeon and make sure how much did he/she actually put in. If you´re concerned about the size, you are in the very early stage of recovery which means swelling is still yet to go down. Only around 70% of fat that is grafted is typically expected to survive.

I would be very surprised if 3000 cc were injected into each side.  When I perform fat grafting the fat must be processed so I if I take out a liter I only get about 250cc of clean usable fat.  To have 6000 cc available to inject just doesn't seem very likely.  Give it time to heal as the swelling will go down significantly.  If you are still not satisfied talk to your surgeon about your alternatives.

You are still in early stages of healing and there is a significant amount of swelling. About a third of the fat will not survive after the fat transfer. It is highly unlikely that 3,000 cc were injected into each butt cheek. Consult your surgeon and wait at least a few months for final results.

Highly unlikely that a total of 6 liters was injected. Does not look like it from the photos. In any case, too early to tell and anywhere from 30-50% of the volume will decrease over the next theee months.

Its too early for seen final results. I dont think based on your pic you had 3000 cc of fat infjected. Anyways remember there is going to be some fat absortion. Keep instructions and talking to your surgeon, he is your best option right now.Regards

In order to put 3000 L in each buttocks it would require 6000 L of fat, which would require over 10L of liposuction and this is not possible.
