Pre-op I had one breast that was slightly larger than the other, the difference was very slim. My surgeon told me before the surgery that he might put a bigger implant to even it out, and then I found out he put 280cc in the left and 300cc in right. It’s been 5 days post op and I see a difference in size, more so than pre-op. I’m wondering if this is permanent, or is it possible that the bigger implant caused more swelling?
