Many surgeons will do a tummy tuck at the same time as gynecological surgery and some won’t. Some just don’t think it’s a good idea and then there are issues of scheduling and extra hospital costs that make it difficult to do the two procedures together

It is possible to have two procedures on the same surgical day but it will take some coordinating on your part. You will need to find two surgeons who have privileges at the same hospital, have open surgical dates and times to accommodate this request, and who are willing to combine the fibroid removal with the tummy tuck.

It’s definitely possible to have a combined procedure having a tummy tuck in conjunction with an OB/GYN procedure.
In order to have this happen, you need to find both a gynecologist and plastic surgeon willing to coordinate and work together.
This requires that they have privileges in the same facility and are willing to coordinate their schedules.
I suggest you discuss with both plastic surgeon and gynecologist to see if this is feasible.
Sometimes it’s better to do these as separate procedures, depending on circumstances.
