Any good treatments for hair loss after a brow lift?

I had a coronal brow lift 1 year ago and was wondering what options there are to cover or thicken my hair along the scar line? I mostly dislike how my ears show through my hair now (they never did before) and not being able to put my hair up due to parts of the scar showing through. I haven’t seen much scar or hair improvement after the 6 month mark. Thanks!

Hair loss in a scar can be challenging to recover organically.
You can try several things:
topical medications
oral medications
laser/light therapies
microneedling
PRP injections

If these fail, you could move onto microfollicular unit transfer (hair grafts) to these regions. This is often done in conjunction with one, or more, of the above options for optimal results. I'd wait until the one year mark before undertaking this.

Medical tattooing to be used if you're just looking to hide some scalp exposure, but I'd reserve this until you've exhausted the other possibilities.
