Desperate as to what exactly THIS IS, how to fix it, why it happened, etc. I worse my headwrap 247 for 4 weeks and massaged the area 3 times daily for a year.
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: What this is? To make an accurate assessment on the outcome of the plastic surgery procedure we generally always prefer to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. It looks like you’re outcome is a reflection of poorly done Liposuction leaving you within an uneven fat distribution. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, results is more difficult than most people realize. There are substantial variations in the outcome, depending on who you choose as a provider. For this reason, I recommend patients have multiple in person, consultations before scheduling, permanent and irreversible operations like Liposuction. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patient, who had similar facial or body characteristics to your own. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before, and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing the best results of their career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like at the hands of each provider or how many of these procedures anyone the surgeon has actually done. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. The more consultations you have the more likely you are to find the best provider. Considering how inconsistent liposuction results can be depending on who does the procedure? I suggest patient start the process by having at least five in person consultations before scheduling this procedure. Liposuction results should be viewed as permanent any reversible. The ability to improve poor outcomes, depends on how the first procedure was performed. It is particularly difficult to improve outcomes if the first procedure was done in an overly aggressive manner. Removing too much fat creates a very difficult situation to correct. Attempts at improvements of previously poorly done Liposuction is generally done through revision Liposuction, fat transfer, or a combination of the two. Revision work is more difficult than primary Liposuction, so the importance of finding a sufficiently talented provider cannot be overstated. Generally, the best providers for doing revision work for the same providers, do the best primary Liposuction. The only exception to this is when fat transfer is indicated in which case providers need to be vetted for both Liposuction and fat transfer skills. Some improvements are usually possible, but please recognize that revision work can also make things worse if not done by someone who has sufficient skill and experience. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
