I feel like my boobs are too far apart, and one of them seems to be in my armpit. Will this change as they drop? I'm almost 3 weeks PO
Answer: Early post op Thanks for the question. Its not enough time to talk about final results. At this time swelling is present. Your breast are going to continue making changes in the next few weeks. Be patient and keep in touch with your surgeon. Kind regards

Answer: Widely spaced breasts Thank you for your question and congratulations on your recent procedure! You do look a little spaced apart but you are also still very early in the healing process and should expect to see a multitude of changes of the next several weeks. Follow up with your surgeon regarding specific massaging techniques to help "push" the breasts to be a little closer together. Good luck and congratulations!

Answer: Boobs too far apart? Thanks so much for reaching out. They do appear to be a little wide in the pictures. However this is not the end of the story. You are very early in your postoperative course, and you can still alter their final position. I’ll discuss this with your plastic surgeon to come up with the best massaging exercises to achieve this. I usually have my patients push the implants together 100 times a day in the direction that they need to go.I hope this helps :-)

Answer: Cleavage Cleavage is determined by your anatomy. The implants can slightly improve that but can not make a very wide cleavage narrow.

Answer: Wide cleavage Thanks for the question and photos. It does appear that your cleavage is a bit wide. Good news is you are in the infancy of post-op healing and you can still adjust the final results. They are still dropping as well (normal).Aggressive massages several times daily (laterally pushing breasts towards the center or midline) will open the medial pocket and often narrow the cleavage. Consult with your surgeon first.Best of luck with the massages.Dr T
