Having boob job on the 27th of Nov but also looking into having varicose veins removed from my leg....how far apart for the two?

Provided that you are in good health and there is no medical condition leading to your varicose veins which could impact upon your breast surgery, there should be no problem with planning the two within 6 weeks of each other as you have done.  Of course this is predicated on the expectation that you will recover from the first procedure without complications or any other occurrence which could delay the second and that both surgeons are in agreement with this plan.  Be sure to provide complete information to each surgeon regarding the plan for the other, and it may also be beneficial for the two to have a brief phone conversation just to be sure that all bases are covered in the name of your safety.  With all of those conditions being met, I would expect that you could go forward as planned.

As a general rule there should be no problems with having both surgeries back to back.Typically the vein surgery is under local anesthesia with very minimal to no pain. The next day should be a regular day. The only requirement, surgeon dependent, is you may have to wear compression stockings for up to 7 days.The breast augmentation as I do it is under the muscle, typically with silicone implants. Intra-operatively I like patient to use compression hose as it can help decrease your risk of intra-operative blood clots. With both surgeries I like patients up and walking, moving blood in their legs. I would expect you should do well.

Of course you need to assess this question directly to the plastic surgeon who is performing your breast augmentation.  Your primary breast augmentation surgeon must make this decision for you.  That said 5-6 weeks post breast augmentation should be a reasonable period of time to wait for a vein stripping.  However please get your plastic surgeons opinion.
