Lumps or masses after liposuction. Will it go away by massaging?

You most likely have swelling and firmness, which can be asymmetrical, and can last 3-6 months after your procedure. Continue to perform daily massage to the sites and this action can soften the tissue. Remember you are still in the recovery phase of healing. it is not uncommon to a have few "lumps" after surgery. In the initial there is  swelling and bruising. As this improves some hard areas may be felt. This is bruised fat that responds well to massage. It is rare for any of these to persist. 

I would recommend continue to massage and increase your physical activity.
