Lumps or masses after liposuction. Will it go away by massaging?

help please ! in the 14th of december i did a lipouction to my inner thighs and belly back love handles . i started to massage my body with arnica cream a week ago . and those last two days i massaged my body with olive oil . i started to feel like lumps or masses is it normal? i felt it on my back and under my stomach n both sides . will it go by massage ? please tell me yes
