Question

I am 22 years old 5’4 and about 185 lbs. I have always had a prettyy odd shaped butt and hips and would like a natural looking butt that is bigger on the bottom than the top. My hips are extremely top heavy with very defined and indented hip dips so I understand this may not be possible. I’m not heavily concerned about the projection of my butt or how far it sticks out from the side; I’m mainly looking for wide hips in a front or back view. I edited some photos to show what I’d like.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
