I got filler in my upper lip and now suffer from the dreaded "duck lip"! It's been over 2 weeks. What can I do? I had a neck lift and the Doc said he always does fillers as part of the procedure. He filled the lines in my upper lip and augmented both upper and lower lips. My upper lip is quite swollen looking (more above the lip than the lip itself) which looks awful. I have heard you can massage fillers to make them break up and dissolve. Is this true? Ice does help a little.

Tingling immediately following lip injections is very common, but tingling for months afterward is not. I suggest scheduling a follow-up appointment with the doctor that performed the initial procedure for a full assessment. Good luck to you!
I'm sorry you are unhappy with your filler treatment. The result you are seeing is likely from injector technique. You can elect to have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase if you do not wish for it to wear away gradually.
It should be fine for you to proceed with your Juvederm treatment. It is important for you to discuss your medical history and all medications that you take with your injector prior to treatment.
