What can I do about duck lip from filler 2 weeks ago?

Hi @Veen Bole! I am sorry you are not happy with the results of your lip filler. Hyaluronic acid facial filler products can be dissolved by hyaluronidase injections.

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the results of your lip filler. At this point, I would recommend scheduling a follow-up with your doctor to discuss your concerns. If the filler used contained hyaluronic acid, such as Juvederm and Restylane products, the filler can be dissolved using a dose of hyaluronidase. Massage and ice can help some if the problem is swelling, but you may need more correction than what you will get from these methods.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your filler treatment.  If the filler used was a hyaluronic acid you can elect to have the product dissolved.  Contact your injector for more information on your situation.  The effects from your treatment will gradually fade over the next 6-12 months if you choose not to dissolve the filler.

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your results.  Definitely seek re-evaluation from your original injector, as she or he may be able to help.  
General principles, though, as are follows:
1)  If due to too much product, hyaluronic acid (HA) based fillers can be reversed with injection of hyaluronidase.  
2)  Ice and massage may help a little bit, but again, I would consult with your treating physician before instituting any form of treatment.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your results. It is hard to determine without posting photos to determine what can be done to correct the area. If your filler were done with a hyaluronic acid filler then the product can be dissolved with hyaluronidase.

It is difficult to make an assessment without a photo, but a "duck lip" is usually caused by too much filler, incorrect placement, or residual swelling. I recommend a consultation with a board certified injector.  If it is determined there is too much filler or it was placed incorrectly hyaluronidase may be used to dissolve the unwanted filler. 

Without pictures it is difficult to assess exactly what the issue is.  It may be that you are still having swelling from your surgical procedure.    Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved.  Usually by 2 weeks the fillers have settled down and most of the swelling has resolved. Gentle massage is helpful for mild swelling and to break up small  lumps.    You  should discuss your concerns  with your physician who can best advise you.

Without posting photos you need only in person paid second opinions. I might recommend HA dissolvers in 3 sessions (fee/session $500).
