The area in front of your left ear looks as if you are experiencing epidermolysis. This can be mild and superficial to deep and full thickness. The deeper, the more scarring that will occur. This happens from diminished blood flow to the skin in the area. Sometimes the effects can be mitigated by treatments that increase blood flow to the affected skin. You should ask to be seen immediately by your surgeon to examine the area in person and make a plan from there.
I am sorry to hear that you are having problems. Your eyes and right side of your far/neck seem to be healing well. However on the left you look to have skin necrosis. You must see your PS urgently and be advised. This area will need to heal and will take some time but it is imperative to prevent infection as it heals and once healed try and minimise the resultant scarring so that long term it will be less noticeable. Please no not smoke or use nicotine products and please seek advice from your PS. Get a second opinion if your original surgeon is unable to give you the advice you need.
Your left cheek is compromised and if hard and black, you will lose skin there that will take weeks to heal. You should be having an ongoing dialogue with your surgeon to find the best ways possible to minimize your down time so you can go back to work. I'm sorry you are having to deal with this but its your surgeon's obligation to help you through this.
It's common to have some swelling after facial cosmetic surgery, and this varies based on the patient, and the number or type of procedures performed. However, the areas on your left cheek, in front of your left ear need to be evaluated by your surgeon immediately. After facelift, if the blood supply to part of the skin is not sufficient, you can experience partial or full-thickness skin loss. Treating this early can minimize your chances of infection, speed your healing, and minimize the scarring that can occur. Try to be seen by your plastic surgeon ASAP. Best regards,-Erik Hoy, M.D.
Generally speaking, it can take 6-12 months to completely heal after any plastic surgery procedure. Please keep in touch with your surgeon or his/her clinical staff to discuss your concerns.

Laser doesn't work very well on stretch marks and can be risky to do on the neck. Lasering the neck can result in scarring, which is why many surgeons kaiser the face, but not the neck below the jawline.
