Nipple size - can nipple reduction be combined with breast reduction surgery?

Hello! I am starting the process for breast reduction surgery. I have a grade 3 ptosis. Are they able to combine nipple reduction with breast reduction? I know the areola gets reduced to be proportional to the new breasts, but my nipples are quite large at about 20mm. Is this something I can ask for or will they bring it up?

Hello, I think a simple answer would be to think about your recovery. If you get a BBL you can't lay on your back or sides, you would have to lay on your newly reduced breasts! Not the best scenario perhaps. Best of luck.
