Free Nipple Grafting Procedure - are there any alternatives?

I am a young lady that wear a 36H bra size i would love to have a breast reduction. but after communication with my surgean, I was told that due to the size of my breast and the sagginess. the only procedure that will work is the Free Nipple grafting which totally removes the nipples and places it back as a patch. Due to this procedure, you lose nipple sensitivity and will not be able to breast feed, But i want to have a reduction coming out able to have nipple sensitivity and being able to breastfeed. are there any other methods that help.

I recommend a breast reduction using the Bellesoma. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting pain relief and long term stability without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. A free nipple graft is not required.

There are many ways a breast reduction can be performed. The technique used is determined by each surgeon based on a physical exam, breast measurements, and the goals of the patient. It is very common that the nipple can stay attached during breast reduction depending on your measurements and goals. 
Without photos it is difficult to tell you if you're a candidate to keep your nipples attached and avoid a free nipple graft. I would ensure you discuss your goals and concerns with your surgeon during consultation. It may be worth getting another consultation to determine if you could avoid the FNG.
