For the trochanteric depressions of the hips I would first try fat injection hip augmentation. The tight skin does lessen the amount of fat take but some fat will survive in my experience. Harvesting the fat is necessary for waistline reduction anyway so that fat might as well be used. Even if inadequate fat takes it still makes the tissues more healthy so that hip implants can be done more successfully later.

Going back to 175 lb would give you a better results. The present body shape can be improved dramatically, liposuction, and fat transfer. Need to evaluate the abdomen for possible skin elasticity and muscle diasthesis.I believ with good examination and planning you will have a better and improved body shape
