Hi, and thanks for the question. I think, overall, the contour of your body is quite good. The sagging and dimpling under the buttock is, for the most part, cellulite. Cellulite is due mostly to your genetics. It tends to run in the family. Even thin people like yourself can have this irregular, dimply skin due to cellulite. There are some other factors, such as weight gain and pregnancy, that can make cellulite worse.As plastic surgeons, we haven't really figured out a reliable way to make cellulite go away and smooth the skin. Probably one of the best options is a good diet and regular exercise. I have seen cellulite improve over time with healthy eating and workouts. There are creams for cellulite that may temporarily improve the dimpling, but not for long. There are also machines that use a combination of suction and rollers to temporarily smooth the skin (Endermologie). The newest treatment is a laser called Cellulaze that cuts and heats the septa (fibers that connect the skin to the underlying muscle) and can result in some smoothing, but I have no experience with this treatment. In the meantime, eat healthy, keep yourself well hydrated, and exercise 3-4 days a week. The one thing I would not do, is to try liposuction this area, as this could make the cellulite worse.I hope this helps.
