I am 30 yo , I had upper blepharoplasty 10 days ago , however i am not happy how the incision was done, if you look in my right eye it look more zigzag line rather a one smooth line. I can live with fact that there is uneven crease and right eye is having higher crease but i can't accept this uneven incision he has done. I spoke with my surgeon who is board certified surgeon, he said i should massage my eyelid . i don't know if it going to help, feeling depressed and sad.

Answer: Revision upper blepharoplasty Thank you for your pictures. Massage will not help much in your case, unfortunately. You will need revision surgery due to the irregular and high crease of your eyelid. I recommend you wait a year before undergoing revision operation. Your eyes will have enough time to heal completely by then. Please make sure to do a lot of research about choosing your surgeon. Good luck with everything.

Answer: When can I get a revision upper blepharoplasty? Hello, Thank you for the question and photo. I’m sorry that you are not happy with the results of your eyelid surgery but you are still in the early stages of wound healing. For now, I would recommend to massage the scars daily to allow for the swelling to decrease.I typically recommend to wait at least 6 from your original surgery prior to undergoing revision surgery because the wound healing takes up to 1 year to be completed. I would definitely discuss your questions and concerns with your Plastic Surgeon.I hope this helps.
