Hi, there is a scar on your right eyelid scin crease. Also you have upper eyelid retraction, you can make massage for this. after 3-4 weeks you may need a revision.

Thank you for your pictures. Massage will not help much in your case, unfortunately. You will need revision surgery due to the irregular and high crease of your eyelid. I recommend you wait a year before undergoing revision operation. Your eyes will have enough time to heal completely by then. Please make sure to do a lot of research about choosing your surgeon. I’m sorry that you are not happy with the results of your eyelid surgery but you are still in the early stages of wound healing.
For now, I would recommend to massage the scars daily to allow for the swelling to decrease.I typically recommend to wait at least 6 from your original surgery prior to undergoing revision surgery because the wound healing takes up to 1 year to be completed.
I would definitely discuss your questions and concerns with your Plastic Surgeon.I hope this helps.

Massage is not going to help what is going on with these eyelids but it may soften the right upper eyelid position a small amount. The right upper eyelid crease is too high and irregular. You have upper eyelid retraction on the right side. As the eyelids heal, this issues are likely to be less dramatic but unlikely to resolve on their own. I generally advocate for early intervention by the operative surgeon on the eye that is too high. I personally do not find that these eyelids will return to a normal position without help but other believe that massage can address this. I also think that too much skin may have been remove on the right side. These issues can be addressed with reconstructive surgery but it is best if the eyelid has healed before doing this. The repair is generally far beyond the skill of the original surgeon.

I do understand your concern regarding the scar being zigzag especially compared to the opposite side. In the initial few days - scar massage and ointments do help. Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query.

You are very early on in the healing period for a blepharoplasty. There are a lot of little lumps and bumps during all healing that usually disappears with time and swelling resolves and scar tissue matures and remodels.
Be patient and follow your surgeon's advice and I think the unevenness will slowly go away.
