Based on the photos and information provided, I believe for being only 3 weeks post-op, your result is satisfactory. Healing following blepharoplasty normally takes several weeks or months even to complete. It's possible that the appearance of your eyes will improve with time as the swelling subsides and healing progresses. My suggestion is to be patient and give your eyes time to heal, if after few months, there hasn’t been any improvement and your concerns remain, and your surgeon agrees, revision/refinement surgery might be an option to address any issues.

You are still very early on in the healing process. Give it at least 2 months before you make a judgement on the scarring and shape of the lid. If you are still unhappy then a consultation with an eyelid expert is an option.
