58 years old european Over 5 years ago i had liposuction on legs abd where the proceedure areas under buttox too much removed now my boottom lowweer cheeks falls on to back of legs not too much but enough for me to feel uncomfortable and saggy skin on front legs and also my arms, would botox fix ths

I can only see your stunning smile from the picture. But what you describe may be a complication of Botox in the crow ls feet and under eye. What happens is that orbicularis muscle weakens and you may have more prominent folds / lines. It should be gone after Botox fades. Ned time use less...
