Hello. I have premature excess/loose skin on my face. I know I’m too young for any surgical procedures. But there is SO many options for Microneedling and RF I don’t know what the best option is. My area offers Morpheus and pixel 8 and a couple others. What device/procedure do you think is the BEST at tightening skin without damaging or removing any facial fat. I want to keep/add as much volume as I can while also lifting/tightening
Answer: Tightenting skin You may want to explore the Evoke system by InMode. This system uses RF technology on the dermis and subdermal layers to stimulate the body's natural healing response. The treatment results in firmer, tighter skin. Visit my website or a provider near you to learn more.

Answer: One of the best lasers for skin tightening would be Morpheus8. It contains different depth settings to avoid loosing facial fat Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Best RF option for tightening and increasing volume to skin Hello, thank you for your question. Morpheus8 was the first FDA approved device that could tighten skin while remodeling volume (by increasing OR decreasing volume) simultaneously. The device allows the provider the ability to customize the results to each patient individually — making it an excellent choice to treat your concerns.I would recommend that you consult with an experienced provider to help you achieve your goals. Be sure to ask to see their before and after photos as well. Best of luck!

Answer: Think HA Fillers For Nonsurgical Facial Rejuvenation You would be wise to exercise a hefty dose of "buyer beware" when evaluating the alphabet soup of expensive, fancy-named light and energy-based gizmos being hawked out there because, unfortunately, the hard science to support the use of these devices lags well behind the heavy media and advertising hype and social media buzz to promote them. On the other hand, at least from the one photo provided, your issues appear quite easy to be addressed with the appropriate choice of HA fillers injected properly in the hands of an experienced injector. The volume deficit in the cheeks (which is responsible for their flattened appearance, as well as for the incipient tear troughs under the eyes) can be treated easily with an appropriate HA volumizing filler. This alone would contribute to an overall tightening of the skin. Likewise, the marionette area jowls emanating from the corners of the mouth can be addressed with an HA lifting filler. The results of these aforementioned treatments are typically immediate and there is typically little to no significant downtime. And finally, if still necessary, overall skin quality can be improved with the use of a skin booster, such as Profhilo (Skinvive). You would be wise to make sure that you consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. And, best of luck.

Answer: Non-Surgical Face Lift / Skin Resurfacing with Renuvion/J-Plasma -- add Lasers, Microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy, FaceTite In our practice, we perform a non-surgical face lift / skin resurfacing treatment using Renuvion Helium Plasma Radiofrequency. To get the most improvement with skin tightening, we combine Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) with lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, CO2), microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy and InMode FaceTite. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
