Can RF Microneedling help with malar bags and festoons?

Does anyone know if the RF micro needling will help the Mallar bags and festoons? I had a low facelift and my Mallar bags are a little worse and I need something to calm this down. Do you know if it would work or something else work?

Hello Sapphire: You are absolutely correct. Both fractionated CO2 and RF Microneedling can help these type of scars. They are somewhat punched-out, so if not from acne they may have resulted from the skin lesions of chicken pox. Whatever the cause, you would probably do best with the RF first....
