I’m asian and underwent 6 TCA Cross treatments for my chickenpox scars (last treatment was 2 months ago). It had outstanding results as it’s flat. However, one scar seems to have persistent redness while others is already my skin tone… Will pico laser help as well as RF Microneedling? The one with redness also has somewhat of a texture so RFM maybe helpful? Thank you!

Thank you for your question.Lasting grid marks are a risk for all RF Microneedling devices for many reasons; skin color, skin reactivity, not following post-care recommendations, etc. I prefer to prescribe hydroquinone to help reduce this risk but there are several other steps that can be taken...
The quick answer is No. Malar bags or festoons are an area prone to fluid retention between the cheek and lower eyelid. The only treatment that can be helpful is an extended lower lid blepharoplasty. RF microneedling won't be of significant benefit.
