Do all RF microneedling devices leave track marks?

There has been extensive commentary from people who get RF Microneedling about track marks and grid makes that last weeks after treatment. My question is, is this a risk for all types of Microneedling RF devices or do some not carry this risk?

The quick answer is No. Malar bags or festoons are an area prone to fluid retention between the cheek and lower eyelid. The only treatment that can be helpful is an extended lower lid blepharoplasty. RF microneedling won't be of significant benefit.
