How much DOES a Revision Rhinoplasty would cost?

Hello, I'm sure many of you have seen questions from me on here before. If you have some time could you look at my previous questions and reviews and potentially say how much a revision would cost? In the Uk and other countries.. I am prepared to travel to ensure I get it right for the last time

I have viewed your previous posts' photos, however new updated pics might be necessary for better assessment.Seems from the pics you suffer a series of technical issues requiring a full nasal revision:-open roof deformity + inverted V deformity + middle vault pinching: needing correct and meticulous infracturing and spreader grafts-sunken dorsum or saddle nose deformity + polly beak deformity: requiring meticulous dorsal rebuild and supratip lowering-complex and non classificable tip deformity (bossing, knuckling, alar rim retraction, tip collapse, nasal pinching, etc) with likely presence of massive fibrosis and cartilages damage: needs debridement, intraoperative assessment and suitable repairs, likely full alar cartilage replacement + tip reprojection-other issues as per intraop finding and their correction strategySeek the advice and hands of a serious professional who offers to you a time-consuming and expensive procedure; stay far from minimally invassive snake-charming procedures, synthetic implants, fillers, wrapped diced cartilage, etc.
Difficulty 8 out of 10 in revision rhinoplasties, surgical time about 6 hours (in expert hands, could be even longer). Cost is high however in relative terms can be cheaper in countries with less expensive general cost of living than yours, should the right professional work in any of them.
If you wish better grounded opinion well lit, focused and standard images have to be assessed: frontal, both lateral and both oblique views, also underneath the nostrils.

The cost of a revision rhinoplasty is more due to the fact that it is more complicated than a primary, and the price reflects  longer time in the operating room and under anesthesia.  The cost of a  revision rhinoplasty is directly related to the amount of time it takes to perform the operation under anesthesia, time it takes in the operating room, and the surgeon's fee for performing the procedure in addition to the all the postop follow-ups for 1 year.
