Almost 2 months post op now and my donor area is really concerning. I'm way too aware of how odd the back of my head looks due to the patches I have after the FUE procedure I got done almost 2 months ago. I got the FUE over the FUT as I have my haircut short back and sides. Now I cant keep it long neither can I keep it short due to these patches. What can I do to disguise it?

Thank you for your question and posting your photos. At 2 months it may be a bit early to determine whether your donor area has been over harvested. There may be some shock loss in the area. If it turns out that your donor area was over harvested your best option for treating this would be scalp micro-pigmentation.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.

Great question after 2 months PO. I won't recommend any treatment at the moment, it looks over harvested but it could related to shock hair loss too. Be patient and contact you hair surgeon for your follow-ups. Good luck.

The only successful treatment that is available to treat an over-harvested donor area is scalp micropigmentation.
