Thank you for your question and posting your photos. At 2 months it may be a bit early to determine whether your donor area has been over harvested. There may be some shock loss in the area. Great question after 2 months PO. I won't recommend any treatment at the moment, it looks over harvested but it could related to shock hair loss too. Be patient and contact you hair surgeon for your follow-ups. Good luck. 

The only successful treatment that is available to treat an over-harvested donor area is scalp micropigmentation.
