but please tell me why it appears to be bending over even more and dent is much worse. I am aged 60 is it because cartilage was weak. I am really struggling now I had a lovely life and family had recently opened up a day centre for older people but this nose makes me feel so old like an old hag.

Revision rhinoplasty for the crooked nose with Pollybeak etc. you need a revision rhinoplasty to correct your multiple problems. Make sure you see a very experienced rhinoplasty specialist to does many revisions. Look at his results and see patients he has done.

A revision rhinoplasty can accomplish making the nose more symmetrical,  and building up the dent with a cartilage graft. The Polly beak can be shaved down, and the tip lifted with a tip plasty .
