I would really recommend RF resurfacing and PRP. You need to have few treatment but it will help greatly. 

I typically remove eyelids sutures much earlier but different surgeons do things differently , depending on what is needed for each patient at the time of surgery. And in most cases, we all get good results, even using different rtechniques and practices.
