8 months post rhinoplasty and hit my nose very hard

Thanks for sharing your question. It's not likely (though, it is possible) that this minor trauma would effect your rhinoplasty result. Though, if the trauma was sufficient to cause any bleeding or swelling you should give your surgeon a call and have your surgeon examine your nose.
