Had first Aug (over muscle) & Lift 4yrs ago to achieve more upper pole fullness & perkiness. LOVED results, so sexy! Forced to have implant exchange (this time submuscular), capsulectomy & additional lift after I got crushed during my mammogram, causing inflammation & rupturing the left implant. Also had capsular contracture on the right. But my results make me want to cry. Lost all my lovely fullness, not they’re small, uneven & weird. Please tell me this is an easy fix?
Answer: Bottoming Out / The Original Internal Bra Good morning, It's not an easy easy fix, but it is fixable- you do have some bottoming out, which takes away your cleavage and nice upper pole fullness. I correct this with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which will also improve your upper pole fullness and cleavage. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision procedure I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

Answer: Implants The mammagram loosened some scar tissue and let your implants settle down and sag. Your inferior pockets could be tightened. However, your implants appear large and may still tend to sag over time because of the weight. Smaller implants will hold up better.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear VRS8, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Breast lift, augmentation revision Hello VRS8. I would not call it an easy fix, however, below are my thoughts on what may need to be done. The left breast appears lower than the right on the photos you have provided. The side with a ruptured implant needs to be changed, the side with the capsular contracture will probably need capsulectomy and implant exchange. At the time of the revision, implant pockets may need to be modified internally on one or both sides. The lower breast will need to have a revisionary lift, which I often customize based on what is needed to achieve symmetry. Best. A.
