I'm wondering why implants need to settle into the pocket after surgery? Do they creep up after surgery or are they not placed exactly where they need to be during surgery? I had implant revision 6 mos ago: from 225 CCs mentor silicone to 190 CCs sientra on both sides. My right side had a total capsulectomy (due to rupture) and my left side didn't have any type of capsulectomy. The right side is perfect. My left side never fully settled in the pocket. How to fix this? Both are soft.
