I’m a 46-year-old woman who had an upper and lower blepharoplasty in October 2025. I’ve had hereditary under-eye bags for most of my life, and I do appreciate my surgeon’s work. I look noticeably better overall. That said, I’m wondering if the result may have been a bit conservative, particularly in terms of fat removal under the eyes. I still see some fullness that concerns me. I’d really value professional opinions on whether this looks within the normal range of outcomes, or if it might be worth considering a revision. Thank you in advance.
