Hi! I'm considering blepharoplasty to enhance my eyes and allow for them to open wider without lifting my brows. I believe I have thick single eyelids that otherwise would've had a fold in them if not for the heavy bulk. Here to get a second opinion as the main suggestion for me is to go with a full incisional blepharoplasty to remove fat, loose skin, and create a fold. My concern is that it won't age well (I'm current 28) and create hollow and sunken eyes when I get older. I'd also like a less invasive option (half incision for eg) if that's an option for me.

Your eyes currently appear to have not only thick skin, but also a significant amount of fat in the eyelid area. In this type of condition, it is difficult to create a stable double eyelid line without some degree of fat removal.
In addition, when the fat inside the eyelid is not evenly distributed, the double eyelid fold may not form properly or consistently.
A double eyelid is essentially a type of fold or crease. If there is too little skin, it may not form well, and similarly, if there is either too little or too much fat, the fold may also not form properly. The line tends to form best when there is an appropriate and evenly balanced amount of fat within the eyelid.
When surgery is performed by an eye-specialized surgeon, the amount of fat removal is carefully determined based on the surgeon’s experience and assessment in order to create the most suitable result.
One important thing to keep in mind is that plastic surgery is planned based on your current condition and the areas that can be improved at the present time. It is not possible to fully predict or design surgery based on exactly how aging changes may occur far into the future, since everyone ages differently. Future aging changes are usually addressed separately depending on the condition at that time.
