Running and gym exercise should not cause existing lipomas to grow or produce new lipomas. With having existing lipomas, running would be fine to keep your body fit.
Thank you for your excellent question. Neither running, nor gym work, will affect your current lipoma or create new ones. Hope this helps.
Feel free to run at the gym without worrying about the effect on lipomas. No one knows exactly what causes lipomas (fatty tumors under the skin) but they are very common. Some people have multiple -10 or 100 or more, which can run in families and therefore likely related to a genetic predisposition. Lipomas need not be removed unless they bother you. IF you have multiple, I recommend you only remove those that concern you, because in those patients with alot of lipomas, new ones always show up regardless of your lifestyle, food choices, weight or exercise routine. Good luck and take care.
Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your hematoma issues after lipoma removal. Though distressing, if the hematoma is small, your body will gradually break down the blood and absorb it in the first 2 weeks after surgery. As it has been several days since surgery, I ...

Soft tissue masses are common and generally always benign (noncancerous). Lipoma (fatty mass)is a likely diagnosis but sebaceous cysts and other benign lumps could also explain your lump. Lipomas are not always visualized on ultrasound. If the lump does not bother you, grow or become infected,...
Sorry but I'm not aware of propolis as an effective treatment for the lipomas you appear to have in the photos. They can, however, typically be removed using very small incisions, and under local anesthesia (though sedation is also an option, particularly for multiple and/or larger lipomas). Y...
Multiple lipomas may be removed separately or at one sitting. People that have multiple lipomas may have a syndrome that runs in families that results in numerous lipomas developing all over the body. Lipomas need not be removed if they do not bother you. In those patients with multiple, I...
There are some people who develop multiple lipomas. The largest number I have removed at one time was 531! Most lipomas do not have to be removed. In those patients who have multiple, I recommend they remove the ones that bother them the most since new ones will always arise. Surgery is...
