Almost 90% of transplanted hairs are gone in 3 weeks. Is it normal? When I should expect them to grow? (Photo)

dear sir, I have got my FUE done 1 month back. At 1 month almost 90% of my transplanted hairs are fallen. The interspersed existing hairs hav also stopped growing up while the existing hairs on the sides are normally growing up. I have been using Follihair caps twice daily and applying minoxidil5% + Finast lotion since day 10. Is my recipient area looks ok? When I should expect. Growth of my hair . Can I use hair dye on the recipient area as well( I have applied it on 3 rd week)
