How do I get rid of dent between eyebrows? (photos)

Thanks for your question.  When looking at a dent in between the eyes, you have to look at the cause and effect.  The cause is a group of paired muscles called the corrugator supercilii muscles that cause the vertical lines.   The effect is a crease.  If for whatever reason, botox or dysport are unable to weaken the muscle contraction and subsequent dent, then I will recommend a filler for the crease.  The 2 best that I have found are Juvederm and Radiesse.Each lasts about a year and are very soft and very natural.Hope that this helps.

For a deep dent between the brows, most likely a combination of a hyaluronic acid gel filler such as Belotero to fill the wrinkle and a neuromodulator such as Botox or Dysport to relax the surrounding muscle would be best. Without seeing you in person, it is impossible to say for sure, but based on your photo, you are going to need a combination of filler, to address the loss of volume in the "dent", and Botox. The frown lines between the brows can be address two different ways:1) Botox or Dysport can be used to soften the deepening of the frown lines when making a frown expression. The treatment may even soften the lines that are present at rest.2) Restylane or Juvederm can be used to soften the frown lines that are present even when you don't make an expression.For someone who has concerns with both the static lines (without expression) and the dynamic lines (with expression), then using both products would work well together. I often find that patients who return after a Botox or Dysport treatment in the frown areas complaining it didn't work, is due to the confusion between the static and dynamic frown lines. They continue to see the static lines even though the dynamic lines have softened considerably.

While it is impossible to determine the cause of the "dent" you've felt between your brows, the strength of the muscles in that region are likely a contributing factor to the external crease you're noticing.  Botox, which has temporary effects and minimal risks, would be an a great first step--it would likely decrease the appearance of the crease, and if it did not work, then other treatments like carefully-injected fillers may be of consideration.   Make sure to see a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist, and best of luck.

It would be helpful to examine you in order to see how the dent between your eyebrows is affected when you frown.  The most likely cause of a dent between the brows is the muscular action of the frown muscles.  If this is the cause, Botox would normally improve this.  In some cases, a filler can also be added to get further improvement.  

That's an interesting question. You
may need a combination of BOTOX and fillers. The BOTOX should be done first to
assess what remains. If after BOTOX treatment there is an area of depression,
then that could be addressed with fillers. I prefer using BELOTERO BALANCE in
that area, but JUVÉDERM and Restylane are possibilities, as well. Discuss the
potential for complications with fillers in that area with your plastic surgeon
