For as long as I remember (mid teens) I've had a pronounced dent in between my eyebrows. I initially considered botox, but I've felt the bone below the dent and it feels like theres a smell dent in my skull where the part of the bone is fused together - the best way I can describe the shape is like the space between two letter 'o's: oo. I'm not sure what that is? What is the best way and safest way to resolve? Would botox even work? P.s. I'm 25.

Answer: Botox Thank you for your question in regards to Botox.Fillers and Botox can both be used to help with your concerns. Fillers can help fill out the deep crease, while botox will prevent that muscle from moving and creating the wrinkle. To be sure, see two or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment.I hope this helps.

Answer: Filler & Botox Without seeing you in person, it is impossible to say for sure, but based on your photo, you are going to need a combination of filler, to address the loss of volume in the "dent", and Botox. I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist in your area (link below) to discuss the best options for you. Hope this helps, Dr. Nazarian
