Hello. I had fat grafting to the face & lips two weeks ago. Today my lips are still big & are a bit itchy and hot feeling. Is this normal? Possibly part of the healing on the inside? Just nervous. Thank you kindly.

These take about 3-6 weeks to calm down. If you are worried then diuretics and prednisone will help but its better to leave them be and settle on their own. Best, Dr. Emer.
