Is splotches/discoloration 1 year out from 360 lipo normal? (photos)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Hello! In this case, the area would have to palpated to know if it is fibrosis or accumulations of fat in different spots, if it is fibrosis with a liposuction procedure it may improve. Hope this helps  

From your post. It sounds like you’ve had three rounds of liposuction. Your results show evidence of poorly done liposuction with excessive fat removal. The contour is irregular.
I generally do not recommend patients have liposuction more than twice.
Removing excess amounts of fat can lead to permanent contour, regularities and an unnatural appearance. Skin discoloration can be due to a number of different ideologies. If you had excessive bruising with the procedure, it could be hemosiderin deposits. If there was dermal damage from the procedure, it can be pigmentation or Other skin discoloration issues.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. If your primary concern is regarding the skin discoloration that you may want to consult with some dermatologist. Skin biopsy may be indicated to get a definitive diagnosis and understanding.
