Steroid injections in columella?

It has been 11 almost 12 months since my rhinoplasty. My columella is still swollen, hard and stiff. Is it possible to get steroid injections in this area, or must I wait for it to heal on its own?

I understand your concern from the photos you posted. It is a little early and the tip may be swollen which causes the shape that you see. If this does not get better as the swelling subsides then an intervention may be necessary down the road. let it heal and see. I hope it turns out ok. Best ...

Your nose is not going to change in size or shape with manipulation - rubbing, pulling etc is not going to make a difference. It sounds like you are unhappy with your nose, an consultation with a plastic surgeon would be a helpful thing to do !
