Scar tissue build up on mons pubis after abdominal lipo. What procedure can be done to remove this protrusion of scar tissue?

Seems like you had a seroma or hematoma that has either remained a fluid collection or has become a significant mass of scar tissue. This mostly likely needs surgical intervention in the form of local excision.  It can be fixed.  

I cannot tell for sure from the small picture, but I believe you may have a large seroma that accumulated at your mons pubis.  I would see a board-certified plastic surgeon to evaluate and treat the lump. Good luck.

It seems like you had a complication (seroma most likely).  There is only one thing to do which is surgery; you need to be examined and evaluated by a plastic surgeon.  Surgical excision will flatten that area.  

Thank you for your photo. There appears to be a build-up of volume in the mons area. This is mostly likely filled filled with fluid, fat, scar tissue or a combination of all three. It is best to have an in-office examination by a plastic surgeon to determine exactly what is the cause and the quality and condition of your overlying skin. You will most likely need a revision surgery through your existing scar to directly remove the volume with excision. I don't think anyone with the title surgeon would call that scar tissue. I suggest getting an ultrasound to make sure you don't have a chronic seroma Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.

Sorry to hear of your problem. That is why it is always best to see a fully trained Plastic Surgeon who can handle problems created by surgery. Once you get your consult with a board certified plastic surgeon he will go over your options to correct this. Unfortunately it will probably never quite get back to normal. Doing liposuction to break up scar caused by liposuction? Not a good idea.

Thank you for your question and picture. From your description and picture, it appears that you have a hardened mass/scar tissue from an old Sedona or hematoma. This can be easily removed surgically, and is not a big surgery. You will end up with a scar about the size of the protruding mass, but should heal nicely. It will also look much better. I recommend that you fin a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

This is highly unusual.  I'd suggest that you be evaluated by a plastic surgeon.  Exploration for a chronic seroma cavity or mons reduction surgery may be necessary.
