Can I still ride (Horse riding) after Buttocks implants?

Here in southern California, both buttock implants and horse riding are quite common...so not unfrequently I have a patient partaking in both. My general recommendation is to wait at least 6 weeks after surgery before getting back in the saddle. Of course, horseback riding is considered a dangerous sport in and of itself. Should an accident happen, any injury is possible, including to the implants. As far as Sientra implants, the only model of buttock implant allowed in the USA is soft semi-solid silicone rubber (not gel) which can not rupture.  Glad to help. 

I feel that it is safe to go horseback riding after buttock implant placement. I generally would recommend waiting for 6 to 8 weeks after surgery, and ultimately get the approval of your surgeon prior to engaging.With regard to Sientra implants… Make sure that whatever implants are used are specifically buttock implants. Intramuscular butt implants are really safe in all activities, of course they have to be Butt implant, not breast implant. If your surgeon is offering breast implants, run, run as fast as you can. this is more than proven that doesnt work.I, like a few other colleagues offer online consultations where you send us your photos and we can estimate the cost.
