You can certainly achieve a result similar to that goal.  Refining those elements can be done very naturally.

Congratulations on your decision to pursue nasal reshaping.  I think you're an excellent candidate and seem to have very realistic expectations.  It's very difficult to tell the extent of change and the impact it would make on the overall proportions of your face given the one picture you provided.  Even a small change, though, can make a big difference especially on a female face.  I would recommend doing 3-D imaging with a board certified surgeon to get a very realistic understanding of your desired outcome and then you can decide whether or not it is worth it for you. yes it is possible but only you can decide if it is worth it. See several experienced rhinoplasty surgeons who do noses u like. 

Yes that is very possible and realistic.  If your occasionally thinking about it then I would recommend not doing surgery; you should only move forward with surgery if you are constantly thinking about it.

An experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon can bring about a wonderful sculpting of the nose reducing many aspects that are disproportionate.   It would not be a safe assumption though to say that any surgeon can take any particular nose to  keep every thing the same but just smaller.  

It's very important that you have an in person consultation and the opportunity to express exactly what your hopes and desires are in order to obtain a realistic idea of what can be brought about.  

There are many factors beyond just the appearance of your nose, but the inside structure and the thickness of your skin that the surgeon takes into consideration.

  The nose is a 3-dimensional structure, and the changes that a rhinoplasty produces are measured in all 3 dimensions. A full set of facial photographs are required to make any determinations.  A rhinoplasty typically can accomplish narrowing the bridge line, narrowing the wide tip, shaving down the dorsal hump, and narrowing wide nostrils.  Digital computer imaging would also be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your nose on your facial features.  For many examples of rhinoplasty, placing the link and video below

absolutely that is possible.  Not a problem.  just see a board certified plastic surgeon who you like his pics and do it.   The shape is made smaller by sutures and trimming the cartilage.   easy to do with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon. Good Luck!
