Chin implant/TMJ treatment. Can implants be customized? Revision rhino in August (Photo)

  The photographs demonstrates a  recessive  chin profile  and a wide nasal bridgeline. Chin implants are manufactured in large array of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes, which is best determined at the time of  the consultation. The chin, the mandible, and the implants are all three-dimensional structures, and it is important to understand that the augmentation occurs in all three dimensions. A revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than the primary rhinoplasty due to the fact there's thick skin, scar tissue formation, and previous alterations to the normal anatomy. An in-person examinations will be required to make a determination about how best to proceed. It's also important to know if there's any  cartilage left over on the inside nose for potential grafting purposes, if needed.

I think a better option is to undergo jaw surgery to restore the height and angle of the jaw. The lower jaw is under developed and you need to be evaluated.

This will help balance your profile and add a nice feminization to your overall facial aesthetics. You do not need a customized chin implant.  You need a surgeon who can customize your surgery providing you with the results you are looking for. I would suggest seeking consultations with some experts in the field of rhinoplasty to discuss your current concerns.You require bilateral osteotomies to narrow the bridge of your nose and some refinement to the tip. Have imaging performed to show you the proposed results these combined procedures would provide and review the surgeons before and after photographs to ensure expertise. For your growth pattern to 'match' the look of Ariana Grande, you can consider augmenting 'vertically' the angles of the jawline/back of jaw; along with slight shortening of the chin while increasing the projection. Your jawline has a higher slope and be cautious with a chin implant which will make the face look longer; unless you also consider the angle/back of the jawline. Consider some imaging to show you this type of approach.
