Had a chin implant placed four months ago. It’s placed way too high and was not what I asked for as I wanted an implant that added some girth to the sides like a mittleman pre jowl. The surgeon said it’s placed perfectly and even after the scans won’t revise it because he said it’s my anatomy. I’m definitely getting a revision but will I need the implant removed and have to wait to heal then have one placed? Or can it be removed and replaced in the proper position in the same surgery?
