Body contour/Lipo & breast specialist in LA? 5'4", 115, 35 active. No kids. Can't find a Dr. who specializes in both.

I want both surgeries at once. Lipo on abs-flatten stomach&any other areas 2 give me more definition &trim my waist. I'm Petite,thin &fit.Barre 4x a week for years &ride a bike.I like my body/size! xxs-xs my whole life- Just don't like certain areas.My boobs are small-I want them lil fuller and perkier.I found a great Dr. in Santa Monica for breast-not confident in his Lipo. Scared ld get lipo worse than my real body.Any Referrals for a doc who specializes in both?Here's a bad photo! semi idea!

You'll find a lot of Plastic Surgeons who specialize in both procedures since these are very common cosmetic procedures.  But another option is to find a doctor who specializes in lipo and another who specializes in breast and have them operate at the same time.  Feel free to call my office to discuss this option.

Breast augmentation and body contouring are two of the most common procedures in a plastic surgeon's repertoire.  There are many board-certified plastic surgeons within the LA area who focus on these procedures and will do a good job.  Having said that, some surgeons are more experienced than others, some are technically more gifted than others, some are more artistic than others, some have a nicer personality and bedside manner than others, and some have a friendlier and more helpful staff.  You will need to visit several offices and do some research to find the surgeon you "click" with best and trust most.  I hope this helps!Thomas Taylor, MD, FACSPasadena, CA

Liposuction and breast augmentation are amongst the two most common procedures that board certified plastic surgeons perform.The best way to find a surgeon in the area you are looking at is to either use Google or go to the American Board of Plastic Surgery and look for a surgeon in your area.Good luck.

There are many experienced doctors who would do both excellent breast and excellent body work, especially in a city like Los Angeles!If you don't feel confident yet in the surgeons you have interviewed, you may want to continue your search.Starting with board certified plastic surgeons, perhaps ASAPS members, is always a good start.

Based on your description, and what I can make of your appearance from the photo provided, you appear to be a candidate for a breast augmentation and liposuction.  A lift +/- an implant will improve the appearance of your breasts and liposuction could be used to better define your abdomen, flanks and hips. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination to discuss the specific details of the procedures. Check the ASPS website to find a properly trained, board certified plastic surgeon to perform your surgery. Ask to see before and after photos to get an idea of what can be achieved.
